Global facilities and property management company Agents4RM has launched its business in Australia with a new office in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. The company will provide advisory services relating to the built environment and facility management for the region.

With Sydney-based managing director, Chris McKeon – formerly of Brookfield Johnson Controls, IPS/OCS and Tungsten – at the helm, alongside fellow director, Gail Tracey, who has been a consultant with Agents4RM UK since 2009, before moving to Melbourne in 2013, the management team have a wealth of experience in all aspects of operational, tactical and strategic FM and are well placed to provide consulting services across Australia and New Zealand.

McKeon says it is a time of great opportunity in this region, and game-changing developments in technology means clients are looking for guidance and advice on how to take advantage of these innovations to fully optimise the use of their assets and return on investment.

“Leveraging our global network of expertise, we can deliver solutions that are at the leading edge of global thinking,” McKeon says.

Gail Tracey, who has been with the company from the outset, adds: “It’s an exciting time in the evolution of Agents4RM and a personal career milestone of which I am tremendously proud…it’s a great testament to our company’s culture, agility and expertise that we continue to grow.”

Lionel Prodgers, chairman of Agents4RM Australasia and managing director of the international company says: “I’m delighted that the company is now established in Australasia, where I believe we can bring our innovative approach to property, asset and facility management, embracing the whole life-cycle and cost-in-use of assets, the interaction of resources and the application of knowledge and information.”
